      Pros

      Given opportunities to advance. Good pay, descent benefits, flexible hours.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about anything but the numbers. Required overtime due to poor decision making. HR is non-existent and protective of management. Lots of micromanaging and promoted managers that suck at management/no previous experience. No employee recognition whatsoever. Very fake management.

      Cons

      This company has its cliques and you will feel isolated if you don't blend in as expected. If you find yourself not quite fitting in, it is best to find another company to work for.
