Pros
Good pay for a 4-year degree, 1.5x pay for overtime and picking up. My manager is great and tries to fight for us where and when she can.
Cons
Many decisions are made from top down, individuals and managers have little power because everything has to go through the higher-ups. Matching for your 401k takes 5 YEARS to get vested, and this is prorated based on your FTE. This alone has felt like a ransom to get me to continue to work there. Tuition reimbursement used to be excellent, but a few years ago they cut reimbursement by a very large amount, and now it's comparable to every other health care agency around.
