Pros
Good benefits for full-timers. I was full-time but on a temporary, seasonal basis, so I didn't get those benefits. Coworkers are generally friendly. Pay is competitive, but not amazing. They rarely ever want you putting in more than 40h/week to pay overtime, so it offers a good work/life balance.
Cons
Office gossip can get bad. Just starting off, the benefits/vacation/salary aren't that great - it takes time to move up the ranks. There really isn't any way to fast-track this movement... you get an annual review and that's pretty much your only opportunity to demonstrate what you're worth and demand more for your abilities.
