      This is a fast-paced, physically active job. It has you meeting 15-25 people a day who you get to have conversation with between medical appointments.

      Cons

      It can be physically taxing on days when we are constantly moving. It also requires a fair amount of flexibility with nursing staff to get the patient where they need to go.

      This is a really great, hard working team with many wonderful and talented people.

      Cons

      Management overseeing this team is very poor as of recently. Employees are being mistreated. UW Health was once considered a respectable organization that.I was proud to work for.. Now, it has become all about the money and the metrics; not about their employees, or even their patients.
