      I worked with some great receptionists

      Cons

      No call center, we had to answer phones, schedule appointments (including outside of office), call no shows, and check in 60+ patients a day No exception for missed work, I was out several days with a doctors note (I couldn’t even speak) and it was considered “unexcused”
