10yI'm sorry you're having this experience. As with many hyper growth companies, it's true that the work can be hard the and hours long at times . It's important to recharge and take time when you need it. Be sure to be honest about your needs with your manager manager to figure out a plan for vacation. I'm concerned that you've have felt a culture of sexism and sexist jokes at work. I'd like you to reach out to me and talk 1x1 about your experience.
