9yHi there - thanks for taking the time to send this in. While it's certainly been a tough few months, I agree that the company is taking a deeply introspective look, identifying what needs to change, and taking action, and I'm confident we'll come out far better for it.
That being said, there are some things you call out which are completely against what we stand for here at Uber.
