Pros
Uline deserves to be known as a top workplace. There is an amazing on-site cafe, excellent workout facility, and many more amenities. I also have never worked somewhere that is in such a convenient location, which makes for an easy commute. This company also treats everyone like family.
Cons
Professional attire is required, so if you are coming from a casual or relaxed workplace, it's a transition. However, it's well worth seeing past this.
