Great benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, employee discount) however, they did take away our online discount which is unacceptable if you care about your employees.
Cons
HR is pretty one sided. Some times people of a certain background will make up stories and report it, HR because of the topic its on and their background, will take their side and write associates up instead of talking to everyone to get the truth. That is unacceptable. The new CEO doesn't care about employees. She preaches how she understands because she worked from the bottom up, and that she believes in a work life balance. It was her decision to keep taking benefits away from associates, and she extended work hours so there is not much of a work life balance at all. Experience Manager role is underpaid because EM does more than the GM themselves. We are the ONE Manager who takes care of EVERYTHING in the building.
