Pros
I have to say that being around the products all the time and the discounts we get are the best reasons to work here. Everything else depends on who you work with and other things out of your control (like the customers and the whims of corporate).
Cons
I'm not a fan of the whole checkout process where we have to push InStyles and set up beauty club memberships. It slows everything down and the lines get long and there has to be a better way of doing those things. And the restrictions on what customers can get with the coupons are too tight.
