Cons
Working at Home Office is very interesting. I work with some great people in my area, but I have seen some real bullies in the building. Many have heard the ladies in HR gossiping about peoples disabilities, and how they doubt they are really disabled. I can't even go to my HR lady, for fear she will tell everyone my story. Mary D tells us we are all a team, but it's very divisive and there are a lot of bullies. I think Mary turns a blind eye to the bullying as she has to deal with shareholders.
