Pros
ULTA is the place to be if you are looking to build a retail career. Work hard, take coaching, improve always and your management team will get you promoted. Pay is good, good benefits, great people to work with, training from vendors.
Cons
Training for prompted internally is basically nonexistent. It pretty much is "congratulations now do something". Hour for stores are very light. Managers often ring guest out, are the MOD and a sales person all in one shift. Work family balance also is hard. Especially during holiday when ULTA tells managers what days and times you need to work.
