Pros

Great product and vendor support. Fantastic concept.

Cons

Current General Managers have VERY POOR leadership skills and even less product knowledge.(Of course, they were hired from outside the company - with a blind eye turned to more than capable interested internal applicants) Executive Management are all cronies and couldn't care less about what actually goes on at the store level or who TRULY does the work or who has been a loyal and dedicated employee from the beginning. No opportunities to be promoted from within although the company raves about this "incentive" from recruitment to hire. Wages are not competitive with positions in similar companies, well below acceptable for the amount of talent, energy and skillset that these positions require.

Pros

Great discount Gratis is good but having worked for Sephora as well, theirs is way better. Fun customers most of the time

Cons

Glorified babysitter when your team is incompetent Store can quickly become a wreck when one manager isn’t pulling their weight Too many hats in this role and way too overbearing. I thought I’d need to see a neurologist for migraines but it turns out I was just way too stressed in my role. ai. And a big push for more and more ai in the future.
