      Building great relationships with the clients and vendors. Great discounts and fair wages.

      The company does not operate in accordance with the culture & values. Unethical practices and favoritism run fluid with in the organization vs honestly and fairness 100% of the time. The company does not want smart business savvy individuals they want "yes" women and men whom they can over work.

      Great discount Gratis is good but having worked for Sephora as well, theirs is way better. Fun customers most of the time

      Cons

      Glorified babysitter when your team is incompetent Store can quickly become a wreck when one manager isn’t pulling their weight Too many hats in this role and way too overbearing. I thought I’d need to see a neurologist for migraines but it turns out I was just way too stressed in my role. ai. And a big push for more and more ai in the future.
