Expected to fulfill 4-5 roles (receptionist, shampoo tech, retail floor sales associate, shampoo tech and janitor) simultaneouly for price of one at maximum production...Low calibar clients who want it all cheap to free and will complain knowing they'll get a full refund sight unseen...Negating your 99% client satisfaction...Insufficient training done intentionally to set you up to fail to validate future unwarranted reason(s) to "write you up" or hang probationary period over your head (intimidation tactic)...Management never takes responsibility everything's your fault.
