Pros
-Great rewards program for customers -lots of coupons for customers -nice selection of products and services (spa facials, hairstyling, makeup, etc)
Cons
-Promotions are a joke...in the salon my friend went up in levels as a stylist but SHE didn't make more money, could charge more and the STORE made more money. I was promoted from cashier to "prestige" makeup side which they made seem like it was a big deal but once again, NO pay increase but more work and have to come to mandatory meetings. -There were cliques within management and they had a superior air that made them difficult to relate to often times yet all of them still lived at home so they weren't making that great of money, clearly. -Crappy hours so checks weren't that great -It's a beauty and makeup store yet most of the management couldn't be bothered to really put on good looking makeup
