Pros
It is a great, fun environment. There is a 25% employee discount and you will get a sneak peak at all upcoming sales and promotions. You can also participate with most "gifts with purchase". It's fast paced, busy days help the time fly by.
Cons
There is a lack of hours the GM can give to employees; even if you're hired being told you'll get 20 hours a week, most weeks you'll be given less than 10. The number of hours to be alloted to employees is determined by corporate, not your GM.
