There are opportunities for growth and moving up rather quickly. If you work hard opportunities will arise. You can meet some great people and build strong relationships. Discounts in store and salon.
Cons
Ulta is not concerned about each employee, you are a number to them, not an individual. Their main focus for 2013 is growth for the company and that means some bad decisions are being made. They are making careless choices due to spending time and money on expansion and not working on their current stores/issues. Regardless of your position you will do what they need you to do for the day, which may include nothing to do with your actual job or responsibilities.
