Pros
Used to have triple monthly trainings send the stores in the district to gather for knowledge from brands Monthly bonus Shrink bonus Product training
Cons
Product training stopped. Turned into a robot setting where everything is monitored. Company can connect into stores via security cameras No accountability for district managers or regional managers Mary Dillion has NO clue what is happening in her stores. No hr support- they go right back to DM. No respect for the longevity of associates running stores. Hire just to hire and fill spots when they focus on right people right place! No consistency Lack of training for long term managers just accountability which leads to termination They have a tendency to work you out after 5/6 years (happened to 2/3 different people I know) to hire someone at lower salary and they write you up for things you cannot find in any policies. Constantly changing districts and dms False hope on moving up in the company No room for advancement if you don’t want to be at store level. No travel training if you are a remote store- we are not allowed to travel farther for a district training but brands won’t come to us. No district manager help Work load is outrageous and is constantly changing and you 100% need to be a multitasker for this job. Expectations are unrealistic and are expected and if not achieved then you are written up. Credit card never used to be the main focus and now it’s everything. No culture- all you see are picture of everybody else getting together but not you and not your team. Was asked to break the law to keep out salon open during extended Christmas hours
