Cons
My personal experience was not positive. Training consisted mainly of watching videos for 2 weeks (I'm a hands on learner). I was told that I would train in my store with another GM for 2 weeks, that never happened. In short, I do not feel that I was set up for success. I found the culture to be very toxic from the DM and LP person on down. I personally couldn't handle the gossip, backstabbing, and drama. I was an over paid adult babysitter. I've never been so happy to leave an organization.
