Pros
the discount of 25% is better than most places, and discount increase for one week near christmas.
Cons
Bad District Managers who run the company like its high school. Lot's of Upper Management (General Managers and Associate Managers) taking credit for "mentoring" lower management to get ahead, also they tend to throw anyone under the bus to get ahead. Growth potential not based on merit (ie how hard you work or length of experience) but on how close of "friends" you are with the District Manager or General Manager. Also LOOKS are very important to success at this job, ie if you look like a manager you can get promoted even if you don't meet the job requirements. They dont want to hire people who work hard and smart but people who will be a "Yes Man" regardless if it in the interest of employees or the clients.
