Pros
Working with cosmetics is a plus. Also, building the selfesteem of women is great. It is a good place to start if you are young, but don't expect anyone to take you seriously if you are.
Cons
Being a manager, I feel we have no managment power. We are taskers. We do not have enough hours to delegate, yet we get introuble for doing it ourselves. I feel like I cannot go to upper management with issues. There is that politics of if you're friends with upper managment, you get what you want. If your aren't you're screwed.
