      The pay. I asked for a ridiculous amount because I wasn't sure if I really wanted the job and they agreed.

      Cons

      Working with young girls with no management experience. I was discriminated on based on my age. I would have to run the entire store by myself. There was no team work involved. The company had a bully mentality. Working an open to close shift and then coming in the next day at 7 am to do shipment. There was no work life balance

      Pros

      Great discount Gratis is good but having worked for Sephora as well, theirs is way better. Fun customers most of the time

      Cons

      Glorified babysitter when your team is incompetent Store can quickly become a wreck when one manager isn’t pulling their weight Too many hats in this role and way too overbearing. I thought I’d need to see a neurologist for migraines but it turns out I was just way too stressed in my role. ai. And a big push for more and more ai in the future.
