Pros

Working and gaining knowlesge in latest beauty trends. Discount is fair.

Cons

Cut cut cut! Companies motto is to cut hours! However they still want you to maintain a prestige person a cashier and a GEM on the floor at all times. They also expect you to balance the wee little amount of hours they give with shipment and ad set and plano changes and replenishment and cleaning and on and on. The company sets you up to fail. They plan you too high on sales and when that doesn't happen....guess what...more cuts! Managers are glorified cashiers and can't complete their jobs. Then the DM want explinations daily as to why we get negative scoring online...possibly because we don't have any hours available to actually help these people, and a lot if times stuck on register alone with a line of 10 people staring at you.

Pros

Great discount Gratis is good but having worked for Sephora as well, theirs is way better. Fun customers most of the time

Cons

Glorified babysitter when your team is incompetent Store can quickly become a wreck when one manager isn’t pulling their weight Too many hats in this role and way too overbearing. I thought I’d need to see a neurologist for migraines but it turns out I was just way too stressed in my role. ai. And a big push for more and more ai in the future.
