Coworkers, flexible scheduling, nice customers that are greatful for your help.
Cons
lack of training, rude and unprofessional management, not good pay, lack of communication with employees in the store, always being watched and babysat, management focus only on the negatives and dosen't seem to care about actually doing the job, but just what their title is.
