      Pros

      Very good company to work for on the "Design" side of things. Lots of opportunity for growth and to develop your career.

      Cons

      Not much of a clue to do with entry/mid level employees for the construction services side. Doing construction out of a "design" tea, would fare much better.

      ESOP is a big plus.

      Pros

      - Company leadership is strong - Skilled personnel work here. Great talent all over - Internal job and growth opportunities + creation (promotions, lateral moves) - Remote-first/flexible - Culture is inclusive and comprehensive of employee wellbeing - Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      - Available internal tools that support our services and needs are lacking and disorganized (engineering, PM, F&A, etc…) - Too many competing internal initiatives
