      Thanks for taking the time to review our organization. Sorry you feel that way about the benefits plan. Independent benchmarking tells us that our total benefits plan, factoring in the ESOP, is extremely competitive.

      - Company leadership is strong - Skilled personnel work here. Great talent all over - Internal job and growth opportunities + creation (promotions, lateral moves) - Remote-first/flexible - Culture is inclusive and comprehensive of employee wellbeing - Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      - Available internal tools that support our services and needs are lacking and disorganized (engineering, PM, F&A, etc…) - Too many competing internal initiatives
