      Pros

      I really like working at Ulteig. We have a great team, real sense of teamwork, people are willing to help out to get the job done. Pretty competitive benefits, great ESOP and PTO, lots of growth going on...

      Cons

      Most of the project schedules and deadlines are way too aggressive and unrealistic. If you're a high performer, you're often times assigned projects that were due yesterday and expected to get them done in no time.

      - Company leadership is strong - Skilled personnel work here. Great talent all over - Internal job and growth opportunities + creation (promotions, lateral moves) - Remote-first/flexible - Culture is inclusive and comprehensive of employee wellbeing - Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      - Available internal tools that support our services and needs are lacking and disorganized (engineering, PM, F&A, etc…) - Too many competing internal initiatives
