Suspiciously Awesome - Project Coordinator Ulteig Employee Review

After 3 weeks of working at Ulteig, the claims of outstanding company culture and "Best place to work" are living up to expectations. The people are wonderful and happy. Managers give you responsibility and independence to fulfill your tasks however works best for you. The company is organized but not overbearing. I really appreciate the efficiency of the organization coming from smaller companies. The social events are fun and people are great. I keep thinking it is too good to be true, but more senior members of my team tell me that this is how it has been since they have started. I keep looking for the catch but have yet to find it.
