      People, resources, technology, smart minds

      Cons

      layoffs, office politics and favorites. Preach a great culture but the more you're there the more you find people unhappy.

      - Company leadership is strong - Skilled personnel work here. Great talent all over - Internal job and growth opportunities + creation (promotions, lateral moves) - Remote-first/flexible - Culture is inclusive and comprehensive of employee wellbeing - Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      - Available internal tools that support our services and needs are lacking and disorganized (engineering, PM, F&A, etc…) - Too many competing internal initiatives
