The flexibility at Ulteig is unparalleled. Being able to work from home or from the office is a privilege I am continually grateful for! The flexibility of scheduling and the way Ulteig honors work-life balance is a priceless benefit. We have a generous PTO plan and employees are encouraged to use their PTO regularly to recharge and rest. I love that we have a platform where employees share photos of their adventures, hobbies, fur-babies, and children and employees all across the US and Canada engage with each other and connect virtually. Ulteig recognizes that although we invest a lot of our time into our work-life, we are so much more than just employees, making certain that our physical, mental, emotional and financial needs are met through wellness programs, education and employee resource groups.
Cons
Sometimes the remote/hybrid work environment can be a challenge but Ulteig is continually coming up with creative ways to make remote or hybrid employees feel connected.
