      Abundance of remote or hybrid work opportunities. Lots of opportunities to advance, sometimes outside the typical career path. Opportunity to learn and grow, taking on responsibilities within projects or with specific clients. Great inclusion in culture activities for everyone, including events for remote employees. Transparent communication from upper management.

      Cons

      The only real con is the pace of projects and changes from one to another is pretty fast sometimes.
