Poor company to work for - Social Media Manager Ultimate Care Employee Review

The Ultimate Care work environment is aptly named, providing an exceptional atmosphere for professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

I honestly don't have anything negative to say.

There is no pro, working with these people.

My experience with Ultimate Care has been incredibly frustrating. The coordinators are almost impossible to reach—calls constantly go unanswered, and when someone does finally pick up, they often seem untrained and unsure of how to help. Communication is disorganized and inconsistent, making it very difficult to rely on them for anything. There’s also a serious lack of work opportunities. Weeks go by without any updates or assignments, and when you try to follow up, you’re either ignored or given vague responses. The lack of professionalism and coordination is extremely disappointing, especially for a company that claims to care about their clients and staff. Overall, I would not recommend Ultimate Care to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, or professional support. They need serious improvement in training their coordinators and managing communication.
