Pros
1) Smaller company feel with more opportunities to advance your career faster than a large company.
2) Generally positive changes from leadership the last 3 years.
3) Growth outlook for all sites is very good. Current ownership is focused on growing the business.
Cons
There has been a lot of change over the years - acquisitions and leadership changes. The company will be sold again soon. However, Advent doesn't like to sell to sharks who will steal the technology and let go of the people. Advent has a reputation to uphold in that regard.
A lot of the negative reviews came from sudden culture changes a few years ago. Many benefits and policies are now in line with industry standards, for better or worse.
