Pros
Individuals underneath management are mostly pleasant people.
Cons
Organization from lower management to upper management is either dishonest, disingenuous, oblivious, uncaring or any combination of these characteristics. New operations director is openly disinterested in any hands-on work. Clearly does not care about complaints from HR or toxic work environment. CEO and manager also not caring enough to even address the extremely uncomfortable work environment they are responsible for, even when asked directly.
