Pros
Umbra designs and products are great, I still buy and recommend them.
Cons
Dutch office is chaotic, messy and highly unprofessional, they have part timer managers Colleagues yell at each other, you see tears very often, fast/junk food is part of the office's culture and in general you won't have any opportunity to grow, there's no desire of change and the "leaders" have no university degree whatsoever.
