Extreme micromanagement. - Designer Umbra Employee Review

The work needed to be successful was not worth the pay. You can easily put in 12-14 hour workdays and get little to no results. Turnover rate was incredibly high. Micromanaging from management was extreme. It's true, they GPS all their phones, so they can see where you are at what time, all the time. But this was to the extreme. If was a few minutes over my lunch or break, I know I would get a call asking what I was doing during that time.
