It’s an intellectually stimulating environment where you’re constantly learning and adapting, which keeps the workday interesting. The team is generally supportive, and there's a good mix of independent work and collaboration. The opportunities to grow professionally are abundant, and the company offers plenty of resources to help improve your skill set.

The role can be difficult, particularly due to the frequent changes in our systems and processes. These shifts have added some complexity to the day-to-day responsibilities, which can sometimes feel overwhelming.
