Unboxed is different than anyplace that I've ever worked. A lot of companies claim to be "flat", but Unboxed really is. It's exciting to work for an organization where my opinion truly matters. Anyone can walk up to senior leadership and pitch an idea. If you are passionate and enterprising, you will find a home at Unboxed. The employees are creative, smart and supportive. Everyone works hard, but we have a lot of fun.

Cons

The environment is very competitive. People may respectfully challenge your opinions, so it's important to know your craft.

Unboxed is one of the most special places I've worked. The people here are genuine, they care about your wellbeing, and they encourage you to bring your whole self to work. I'm constantly impressed with the PTO benefits, choice of equipment and tools we can use, and ability to speak up and have my opinions and suggestions heard.

Cons

Unboxed is fast paced and there is a lot of change that happens as we keep up with our clients. Fortune 500 clients can change very rapidly and we have to sometimes turn on a dime to support htem. This can create lots of churn and rework that can be frustrating at times.
