Pros

Strong group of very dedicated, and innovative people who help each other keep the company's momentum going. Great PTO policy and flexible work from home when approved by your manager.

Cons

The last few years the company has been fine tuning the vision and learning the best ways to be successful acheiving our mission. There have been some successes and failures, but overall the company is moving in a positive direction.

Pros

Unboxed is one of the most special places I've worked. The people here are genuine, they care about your wellbeing, and they encourage you to bring your whole self to work. I'm constantly impressed with the PTO benefits, choice of equipment and tools we can use, and ability to speak up and have my opinions and suggestions heard.

Cons

Unboxed is fast paced and there is a lot of change that happens as we keep up with our clients. Fortune 500 clients can change very rapidly and we have to sometimes turn on a dime to support htem. This can create lots of churn and rework that can be frustrating at times.
