Pros

I am continually amazed that I get to work for this awesome company. The connection and culture here makes Unbridled the best! We conquer the hard parts of the job together, and support one another in all we do. Unbridled has helped me grow professionally, and personally. Previous employers have used fear as a motivator and what I love about Unbridled is that it's the exact opposite. We're motivated by the hope and belief we have in one another. Unbridled is here to love people to life, and they have done that for me. I’ve grown in so many ways, because of the encouragement that is freely given to me. Our team values people over positions and we’re encouraged to stand in the gap and grow what our passions are. Also, I love how we give 20% of our profits to charities, and we get to connect and get hands on with the organizations we partner with. Recently, Unbridled upgraded the PTO plan and it’s the icing on the cake. The company increased our PTO from 3 weeks to 4 weeks, and added a companywide shutdown at the end of the year to allow for rest and celebration with our families. I love how Unbridled celebrates one another, and the addition of a 3 year milestone with additional benefits is incredible. Our team values the feedback they receive and leadership listens!! I am truly blessed to work with the best!

We hear you on the parking situation at our main location in Denver parking is limited around our building. However, we hope that providing parking spaces across the street in the lot and offering reimbursement for parking if you are unable to find a space in either location helps reduce the burden at no cost. Pros

Plenty of opportunity to cut your teeth, or learn the industry. If you're white, christian, and conservative, you'll fit in.

Cons

No workload metric was tracked by management. 60hr+ weeks were the norm. Management took no actions to hire, while continuing to accept additional business at significant cost to employees' health and wellbeing. Lost all respect for CEO when he flew his family commercially from Florida to Colorado after having ALL tested positive for COVID the previous day. This was December 2020, and Stan still expected his employees to brave the travel corridor despite personally making travel more dangerous. Employees taking recommended steps to protect themselves from COVID were regularly ridiculed by peers and management. Many senior management refused vaccination. Management brings favorite employees in as partners in the business, then claws back shares if/when the employee leaves.
