5yThank you for sharing this feedback and actually the reason we do so much coaching. We want to set you up for success as much as possible. Our customers expect a satisfactory experience with every contact, and we do understand there are times where productivity, quality or efficiency may not be the same, but it is why we are coaching to ensure we use the feedback given to enhance the customer experience and know if there is a bigger problem- we can use the proper resources needed to help, whether it be just not feeling well or something to discuss with HR.
