      * Young and energetic team culture * Frequent company parties and events * Fast growing company * Fast-paced and results driven environment * Good work-life balance

      * Immature processes and business practices * Governed by the "good ol boy" system * Frequent churn at the executive level * Leaders at the Director level and above are almost universally self-serving - severely lacking leadership skills * No professional development program

      Pros

      Good employee benefits, Fun company to work for, people are nice

      Cons

      Difficult to work with upper level management. Also they rarely give internal promotions. More common they fill positions from the outside so not a lot of growth chances.
