Toxic environment meets mean girls - Creative Director Under Armour Employee Review

We called it the snake pit! Horrible culture, 80 hour weeks, passive aggressive coworkers and borderline abusive creative leadership. HR protect leadership not employees. No one I worked with lasted more than 3 years and we all have PTSD. Would never recommend it to a friend or enemy.
