      -Discount on Gear -Frisk is out ie new leadership -Campus life is solid pre pandemic -Footwear BU is expanding

      -Every decision is looked at from the outside reaction pov vs what is best for the business -Scared/low confidence in key leadership roles -Massive oversight and process around even the smallest of decisions
