      Under Armour has great benefits and is a family oriented company with a strong growth rate to match its work ethic.

      Pros

      Good employee benefits, Fun company to work for, people are nice

      Cons

      Difficult to work with upper level management. Also they rarely give internal promotions. More common they fill positions from the outside so not a lot of growth chances.
