      Store had good co-workers/management when I was there.

      Cons

      Company as a whole does not (at least when I was there) support it's employees or look to implement policies to make UA competitive in the athletic apparel market.

      Pros

      Good employee benefits, Fun company to work for, people are nice

      Cons

      Difficult to work with upper level management. Also they rarely give internal promotions. More common they fill positions from the outside so not a lot of growth chances.
