Pros

Management is 110% commited to making you better. They offer many incentives to motivate and reward accordingly. Management constantly innovates new sales techniques and ways to manage the job and finds ways to reduce stress. My managers were always there when I needed a questioned answered. Yes, it is a large corporation but never once did I feel like a number. Everyday on the job is different, it keeps you on your toes. The training is indepth. It's a great position and company to become a well rounded sales representative. The tools for sucess are there, simly utilize them. You have the ability to get everything you want from this job and more. I would recommend the job an entry level sales representative.

Cons

The job can take a toll on your work/ life balance. A lot of time is put in but it is up to you in order to properly manage it. Reaching your weekly numbers is a high priority, this can be stressful.

Pros

Upper management genuinely cares about their team, and the hiring process is simple and straightforward. Base pay and the monthly stipend are both fair, and I appreciate the company's structure — questions get answered quickly, and you have dedicated team member support. I also like that the role is self-managing, with CDR handling pricing and deal structuring so you can focus on your own performance. Overall, this company really takes care of its employees.

Cons

The pay structure for this role is a bit unique — after a sale closes, the CDR earns commission for the first few months, and then commission transitions over to the drive team. It's certainly not a deal-breaker, just an observation, and I'm not knocking the company for it. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at UniFirst.
