- so young yet so organised in everything - all inclusive culture - best coding practices being constantly improved from within - importance to individual opinion, team values - so many perks

Cons

- we cherish our team culture a lot, so we are very careful in hiring process - slower expansion than some other fast paced startups

positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

Cons

upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.
