-The culture is amazing, with the people team thinking of everything to make sure employees stay happy and motivated. - Friendly and approachable employees in all departments. - They take on board what you want to do and how you want to progress in your role.

Cons

- Could offer a few more benefits, however I understand they are currently looking into this!

positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

Cons

upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.
